It all begins with an idea.

Mindful Meaningful starts and ends with a genuine want for people to be happy.

That’s my only motivation. To help people influence their workdays – as oftentimes circumstances are outside our control. So why not focus on our happiness? Why not bring attention to mindfulness? And shift our experience.

Mindful Meaningful is for people of all kinds who check their email (or at least glance at it), and don’t have time or energy to give to another “thing.” It’s for people who want it to be simple, easy, and come to them (rather than going to it). It’s backed by timeless wisdom, research, varying perspectives, and the multiplicity of people in the workforce.

Mindful Meaningful started as a grad school project and aims to bring ease, flexibility, motivation, and joy (of course) to your life! It’s centered around the idea that workers today already have so much to deal with – they need simplicity. And that the best of the best of being human is actually within us. That our best qualities should shine!

Me? I’m one person who’s only motivation is the happiness of others. I’ve worked in all sorts of environments, company structures, industries, and with all types of people and management. I’ve had burnout, imposter syndrome, embraced the grind, drank the company culture, etc. etc. etc., been on leave for mental health treatment, been through trauma in all stages of life. On the flip side, I’m a long-time daily meditator, did my undergrad in finance (with an underpinning in Jesuit values), have a graduate degree in management in workplace conflict resolution & leadership (with an emphasis in consciousness), am currently undertaking: PhD studies in depth psych, religion, and consciousness, currently in a long-term meditation teacher program, and am in deep study of Buddhist scripture and philosophy (from the Prasangika view in the Gelug tradition).
